OVERVIEW
My ACP is a flexible and scalable customer-based version of our proven, state-of-the-art ACP system.. This system connects your gaming machines and business to powerful cost-saving and revenue-driving benefits via Octavian's global ACP network and computer centre.
With My ACP, however, the entire ACP system - central server, software and database - resides on the customer's premises and is typically managed by the customer's own MIS or IT personnel at their own technical control centre/s.
My ACP can support an unlimited number of gaming locations anywhere in the world, and an unlimited number of gaming machines from all vendors. In addition, the number of technical control centres and certified users of the system within your own business is unlimited.

Customer-based Accounting, Control and Progressives System



The customer's My ACP computer centre - receives and processes data sent by devices connected to the system from all gaming locations. It also supports the generation of Mystery and Normal Progressive jackpots. The My ACP computer centre stores data from all gaming locations in the customer's central database server. An additional web server provides the system service website.
Manager workstation - a personal computer with the Windows operating system and special ACP software. The software enables a manager to access accounting and control data.
On-duty engineer workstation - a personal computer with the Windows operating system. Its primary function is 24-hour control of technical aspects of the system, its linked machines and equipment, and major events. Using a web browser installed on the workstation, the on-duty engineer accesses the ACP system's service website and can trace system events online, and obtain reference information on the state and functioning of connected equipment.
GLM (Global Link Maker) - used to collect data from UCB controllers about the parameters of gaming machines and other gaming equipment in the local area, transmit it to the My ACP computer centre, and transmit commands from the My ACP computer centre to the controllers.
Thin UCB (Universal Communication Board) - provides the connection between the gaming machine or other gaming devices and the ACP system. The Thin UCB collects various data from the connected machine or device and transmits it to the My ACP computer centre via the GLM.
The Thin UCB can store the data if the communication line is interrupted.
