MR. WILLIAM CHAN owns over thirty years of extensive working exposure in Information Technology Industry especially in Financial Banking Systems. Mr. William Chan has served in several major foreign and local banks in Hong Kong, such as Bank of Canton, Security Pacific Asian Bank and Asia Commercial Bank. His last title in Asia Commercial Bank was the Head of the Information Technology Department and the Assistant General Manager in the Executive Director Board. William received the Fellowship of Business Administration in Canada in 1994 and he has been the member of British Computer Society for over 20 years.

MRS. JENNY ZHAN, aged 33, is the Chief Finance Officer of PacificNet and has served as Account Control Manager since 2005. Mrs. Zhan has over 8 years of hands-on financial and managerial experience in communication and IT industry and is familiar with the industry trends, the capital management and movements. Mrs. Zhan has served as Financial Controller of Powerleader Science &. Technology Corp., Ltd (POWERLEADER) from 2001 to 2005, a listed company located in Shenzhen with more than 400 staffs and specialized in server, notebook, PC, storage device and so on. Mrs. Zhan owns Bachelor Degree in Economics from Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management and has received the intermediate Accountant Title.

MR. STAR MU, General Manager (Northern China) of PacificNet Ltd.(Nasdaq: PACT), born in April, 1969 in Tonghua of Jilin Province. After graduated from Computer Science and Engineering Department of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1992, Mr. Mu worked in Dalian Sunhope Computer Technology Co. Ltd. as a technician. From 1997, he founded the Saind Electronic Technique Co. Ltd in Tonghua with other partner and was in charge of technical department. From 2000, Mr. Mu began to work in Webplus Inc. (former Talentsoft BJ Inc.), and has been the regional manager (North China) since 2003. In 2003, Mr. Mu was appointed as a regional manager (North China) of PacificNet Inc.

MR. MIKE FEI, joined PacificNet in 2004 as in-house Chief Legal Counsel for PacificNet's China Operations. Mr. Fei is a Member of the All-China Bar Association and holds a Master of Law degree from the University of New South Wales of Australia. Mr. Fei has 8 years of experience in the legal profession and dealt with more than 200 cases of litigation and arbitration which related to the issues of foreign investment, bankruptcy, merging, commercial contract and debt disputes.

MR. JACOB LAKHANY, is the Director of Investor Relations and has been with PacificNet since 2003. Previously Mr. Lakhany was a Quality Assurance Supervisor for APAC Customer Service, a leading CRM call center services company listed on NASDAQ, where he gained experience in the outsourced telemarketing industry overseeing service quality and relationships with companies such as Citibank, Sears, Shell, Chase Manhattan, and Bank One. Mr. Lakhany attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD.
