Intern
Project Assistant


Responsibilities:
• Make & develop project plan in accordance with the company market strategy, inaugurate market investigation, write analysis report and develop project plan as needed, assist the PM with project plan adjustment and workout solutions timely ;
• Responsible for client development and project roll out; collect and back-up relative data sources; establish good relationship with customers so as to improve products awareness;
• Professional report translation proofreading;

Requirements:
• Graduate or above, foreign students will be preferred;
• Good knowledge of security & stock market, familiar with investment organizations in China, specialize in both financial and network products;
• Excellent in reading, writing and speaking of the English report and document;
• Sensitive to the up-to-date market, strong ability of organization and coordination, good communication skills, self-oriented, care for details, able to work under great pressure, strong sense of team-spirit;
• This position requires an on-site job in Beijing, network handle will not be accepted. Native American student or finance majors are of top priority; 


Investment & Acquisition Director

Responsibilities:
• Designing & structuring investment& acquisition for the Group;
• Investment in China, merger & acquisition and internal assets restructure, finance, capital operation and external      listing;
• Analyzing status and developing trend of the industry and set up investment& acquisition targets according to group developing strategies and business requirements;
• Keeping good relationship with investment& acquisition industry and keeping close attention to trends and competitors in the industry;
• Coordinating internal resources to carry out and implement investment& acquisition projects;
• Organizing the project group to carry on negotiating, financing, contracting, controlling, business integration and follow-ups in investment& acquisition.

Requirements:
• Master degree or above in finance, investment, MBA or economics-related field with working experience of 3+ years;
• Familiarity with China A-share market and US capital market as well as with operations in investment analysis, risk assessment, financing and listing;
• Knowledge of M&A, restructuring and related laws;
• Knowledge of related economics, finance, strategies, law, investment and accounting;
• Excellent skills in conception and composition;
• Good at communication and negotiation both in English and in Mandarin;
• Location: Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong; sent to US at times.

Investor Relations (IR) Director

Responsibilities:
• Taking full responsibility of Investor Relations Management and resolve IR problems;
• Planning and organizing market promotion conferences to maintain a positive image of the company in capital market;
• Establishing a long-term cooperative relationship with financial institutions;
• Documenting various overseas investments;
• Responding to inquiries from analysts, investors and media as well as analyzing the constitution and change of current and potential investors;
• Ensuring proper disclosure of financial information in line with SEC requirements and following IR and PR events of competitors.

Requirements:
• Master degree or above in finance, accounting, investment or management-related field with working experience of 2+ years;
• Familiarity with investment operations, project management, financing of capital market and listing;
• Solid knowledge of domestic China A-share market and foreign US capital market as well as related finance,accounting and laws;
• With good project fundaments and sources;
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Mandarin;
• Ability of communication, cooperation and coordination;
• Location: Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong; sent to US at times.

Public Relations (PR) Director

Responsibilities:
• Establishing company PR strategies;
• Organizing and guiding representative offices to constitute relationships with government and PR layout plans;
• Managing client resources effectively and actively exploring potential clients;
• Unifying public statement on major commercial and industrial events of conferences and organizing and hosting significant activities and coordinating with related sections;
• Coordination and development of media relations; collection and analysis of relevant information;
• Participating in establishment and implementation of media proposal; Monitoring media publicity and effects evaluation.

Requirements:
• BA or above in Chinese, news, advertisement, English or related field with working experience of 2+ years;
• With comprehensive interpersonal relationship with media advertisement industry and working experience in marketing, public relations or media;
• With keen commercial consciousness and rich experience;
• Good command of writing and speaking English;
• Excellent leadership and administration capabilities, with strong communication and observation skills;
• Location: Location: Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Ecommerce Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for management, operation and strategies layout of e-commerce system;
• Exploring new e-commerce mode with analysis of best marketing methods and techniques of other websites and monitoring marketing effects and sales status;
• Analyzing advantages and disadvantages of online marketing to constantly enhance the website visits, page browsing rate and counseling inventory etc;
• Leading the team to build brand benefit.

Requirements:
• BA or above in computer, business administration, e-commerce, marketing or related field with working experience of 3+ years;
• Familiarity with website framework and operating mode of e-commerce;
• Proficient English listening and speaking skills;
• With ability to exploit market and coordinate with related sections as well as good logical capability and sharp sensitivity in market; Collaborative spirit under pressure;
• Location: Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Finance Analysts

Responsibilities:
• Assisting department manager to compile annual financial budget, prediction and latest proposal and analyzing variances between practice and budget/prediction;
• Providing financial analyzing reports while needed;
• Assisting department manager to combine and compile financial statements;
• Budget and statement analysis responding to annual management plan;
• Providing analysis and consideration of external investment and financing and taking part in decision-making of significant investment and financing projects;
• Documents standardization.

Requirements:
• BA or above in accounting or finance-related field with finance analyzing experience of 2+ years;
• Familiarity with China and international accounting criteria and related requirements of the US accounting criteria;
• Ability of financial analysis and knowledge of financial management system, control, budget management,capital operation, finance settlement, audit and revenue flow;
• Familiarity with ERPs like Kingdee and UFIDA;
• Knowledge of investment banking business of M&A, restructuring and financial consultation etc;
• Familiarity with financial management, business financing and capital operation with capability of finance accounting and analysis;
• Familiarity with financial laws & regulations, revenue policies and management of relevant accounts;
• Excellent communication, cooperation and comprehension skills with perspicacity and sensitivity of number;
• Location: Beijing and Shenzhen.

USGAAP&SOX Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Organizing USGAAP and SOX control panel to implement and accomplish tasks;
• Effectively carrying out SOX and providing training on SOX404;
• Accomplishing the scheduled long-term goal, monitoring risks and control daily transactions;
• Improving operating flow according to SOX and USGAAP standard.

Requirements:
•BA or above in financing, accounting or related field with 2+ years working experience in USGAAP and SOX;
• Familiarity with USGAAP, SEC rules, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Kingdee or ERP;
• Familiarity with investment, finance, audit or related field;
• Excellent writing skill in both English and Chinese with good interpersonal communication, leadership and coordination skills;
• Location: Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
