eTable Games

The eTable series are hybrid gaming tables combining the best of both traditional table games and video slot machines to speed up play, increase efficiency and improve the overall player experience. The human element is retained with live dealers and real cards while the wagering is done electronically, eliminating the hassle of making change, payouts, etc. This can drastically increase hands played per hour.

The human element gives the eTable series a distinct advantage over fully electronic table games in terms of providing visual satisfaction to players for whom "seeing is believing". Real cards are used which are viewed favorably over virtual cards by Asian players. We believe this new operating model brings a revolutionary user experience to both casino operators and players.

Traditional table games such as baccarat, sic-bo and roulette have already proven very successful in most Asian casinos. Our eTable series will take these games to a new level, encompassing the traditional social feel of a live game with a variety of new options such as progressive jackpots and bonus features that add to the fun and excitement of already successful games.

Our eTable games will help your casino draw a new breed of players with a brand new table gaming experience helping you stay competitive in the growing Asian gaming market.

Game Feature Highlights
*    Players place bets on their individual betting terminal display, which is much like a traditional table games layout by moving the chips on to the betting boxes they select.
*    Bets can be placed anywhere on the layout according to rules of each table games.
*    The game controller is responsible for the overall control of the game as well as passing the game information to the betting terminals which then calculate the complex odds and payouts for each individual player.
*    Selectable game clock time is synchronized for all betting terminals by the game controller which can be configured to either 20, 25, 30 or 40 seconds.
*    When the dealer deals the card, shakes the dice or spins the roulette wheel, as in a standard table game, the entire live process is broadcast in real-time and displayed on each player's betting terminal and the central display.
*    The dealer calls the results of the game, which is then sent to each active player's betting terminal in the game.
*    The game results are then displayed on the player's betting terminal where the player's individual credit win / loss amounts are calculated and added to their accumulated credit total.

Game Operation
A single game consists of 4 distinct steps:
*    New Game: BPCU initializes a new game, and then BPCU notifies all betting stations to start countdown cycle in order to accept bets from players.
*    Game Clock Time Out: Within the countdown period, players are free to place or withdraw bets. Once the countdown period is over, the betting screen on each betting station (BS) is frozen and no more bets are allowed. The bets on each BS are then sent to the BCPU.
*    Dealer Deals: Once the countdown timer has expired, the dealer begins dealing cards according to the specific game rules. Meanwhile, it will broadcast the activities on the table and compute the latest statistics on each player and the dealer's hands. After the dealing, the game results are confirmed and the approved results are sent to the BPCU.
*    Wagers Paid: Once the BPCU receives approved game results, it computes the payout for each BS. The BPCU then distributes payouts to each BS and updates their credit balance. Once the BPCU confirms all wagers are paid properly, it acknowledges that a new game is ready to be played.

Configuration:
The eTable System is designed to be reliable and scalable. The system is run on a closed network structure that maximizes security. The system consists of 3 components:

Betting Computation and track record central Processing Unit (BCPU)
BCPU is the core of the system handling all bets and payouts and keeping record of the cards dealt, game results, each BS individual records, and game intake and payouts. Detailed reporting and statistical information are also prepared for the operator.

Dealer Control Unit (DCU)
DCU serves as the manager for all activities happening on the table. It is interfaced with the results computation. The DCU also serves as the agent to deliver video broadcast signals of the game to each individual betting station.

Betting Station (BS)
BS is a slant-top terminal, equipped with a touch-screen LCD monitor, a bill acceptor, a ticket printer and a coin hopper which provides all functionality for each individual player to interact with the game.
