Investor Relations Mission
PacificNet regards its shareholders and other investors as significant supporters who understand its business and contribute to its continuing business and especially as important stakeholders. We should keep investors informed in good time and in the most effective possible ways regarding to the development within the company.
Therefore, we promise to implement management to enhance corporate value, provide timely and accurate information disclosure, reinforce communication, and to establish a relationship of mutual trust with shareholders and other investors as an essential element of our Investor Relations Management.
Investor Relations Guidelines
PacificNet shall implement Investor Relations (IR) activities based on the following items to establish a lasting relationship of mutual trust with shareholders and other investors and to maximize corporate value:
- Incorporating IR as part of the cycle for enhancing corporate value, the Company shall improve corporate value by more proactive information disclosure, thereby enabling a higher-level discussion with shareholders and other investors and receiving feedback and opinions from them.
- Fully understanding and recognizing the importance of IR, all employees should have awareness for cooperation in the Company's IR activities as much as possible.
- Sharing disclosed IR information and feedback from shareholders and other investors throughout the company, each employee shall objectively review and evaluate his/her activities.
- All investor/analyst contact will be recorded and added to the company's investor database.
- All questions from Media will be passed to the company IR/PR office in the first instance.
- The company will not make derogatory comments on competitors.
- CEO, Chairman, President, CFO, or other top leaders will meet with major shareholders annually to discuss Governance and Strategy.
- All information relates to Investor Relations can be found on PacificNet IR site, such as quarterly and annual figures, press releases and background information and media links.
- The company will ensure that all investors have access to the same level of information.
- The company will conduct an annual investor relations perception study to obtain independent feedback on investor issues and concerns.
- Investors Relations employees shall be required to undertake appropriate training and preparation before participating in discussions with any Securities Market Participants. Such training will be repeated and updated periodically as necessary.
